Responsibility
Drive development, implement, support, and document solutions for products features and fixes
Contribute to the team by applying technical skills, deploy enhanced processes
and technical solutions in support of day-to-day business process.
Work closely with the technical team and follow established practices for the delivery of solutions meeting QCD (Quality, Cost and amp; Delivery).
Learn on the go and work on both new requests as well as support production based on priority.
Demonstrate technical skills towards problem solving and providing quick fix. Mitigate impacts and perform RCA to avoid reoccurrence by providing a long-term solution to a problem.
Drive sense of urgency to meet operational KPI s towards MTTD/MTTR understanding the SLA vs Priority.
Understand the business impact and severity through deep process knowledge.
Contribute towards continuous improvement with periodic knowledge sharing with the application team.
Your Qualifications
5+ years of experience in development and software support of highly -scalable applications and platform development
Experience working on these technologies like ReactJs , Node JS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
Exposure to testing frameworks like Jest, Enzyme, etc
Working knowledge of SQL/No-SQL and database technologies (MySQL, Mongo DB, Cosmos DB)
Knowledge of any cloud platform solutions (Azure, GCP)
Splunk log and excellent analytical skills
CI/CD Automation experience with tools like Git, Maven, Jenkins and amp; Azure DevOps is nice to have
Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and a team player
Ability to understand business requirements and implement the fix or enhance the existing functionality.
Hands-on experience in product development and support
