National Multi Tradesperson

This is a nationwide role working away regularly.

We are looking for someone with Joinery as a main background.

We are looking to employ a dedicated and multi tradesperson with to complete installations and supervise the construction teams and contractors. Duties will include ordering supplies, scheduling equipment maintenance as needed, and training new employees.

You should be detail-oriented and knowledgeable of building codes and construction safety regulations. You should be able to interpret building plans as well as demonstrate management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

Be experienced in installations and building works.

Able to make sound judgements, find solutions to complex issues and problems, and identify and manage risk.

CSCS card.

A valid UK driving licence and the ability to travel between sites and offices across all regions.

Must be able to submit presentable and accurate paperwork including information as per requirements of the contract to establish works are carried out and coding costing information is obtained.

Experience working as a site supervisor.

Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.

Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.

The ability to interpret blueprints.

Committed to accuracy and attention to detail, getting it right first time.

Ability to understand the client s perspective and needs.

Be Able to liaise and communicate effectively with the client and all stakeholders.

Friendly, approachable, and articulate.

Must be able to work as part of a small, close, and productive team.
