Technical Business Analyst (Fluent English) (Hybrid)

Tasks

• Translate business needs into system requirements and project requests by working closely with project sponsors and business owners to understand business processes and document business, functional requirements, ETL Source to target mapping and acceptance criteria
• Ensures downstream processes are considered during system enhancement/modification efforts
• Perform initial User Acceptance testing to ensure system changes meet defined requirements as well as providing feedback to Development/testing teams regarding test cases, scenarios and scripts
• Collaborate with vendors, consultants, business and IT personnel to achieve solutions to identified business needs

Requirements

• Sharp, ambitious, organized, and takes ownership wherever possible
• Can grasp engineering considerations and communicate those out to non-technical individuals
• Has a love for the building and iteration of efficient processes
• Ability to synthesize data into useful formats and bring actionable insights through effective communication.
• Experience in an analytics or data scientist role.
• Experience writing SQL queries and working with multiple datasets to generate reporting/insights.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
