Seasoned DIGITAL MARKETING LEADER to launch a unique publication globally

We are a boutique digital strategy-execution consultancy - find more information about us on digitalleadership(dot)com. We are shortly before launching a unique book into the global market that we want to turn into a global bestseller thanks to equally ground-breaking marketing techniques.

We are currently building up our marketing to promote the book and our firm that we expect to grow strongly. We are looking for a seasoned Digital Marketing Lead to join us full-time to lead this unique initiative. This job can be done REMOTELY.

Tasks

We are looking for

an amazing digital marketeer that has "been there & done it" and can
successfully lead this initiative. Your key responsibilities include:

• Refine our unique marketing strategy
• Take full end2end ownership of the entire digital marketing campaign. We want to make this book and related knowledge a global case and success.
• Support related marketing activities: as part of the campaign, we equally want to globally approach bloggers, run PR and influencer marketing, video marketing and probably a few other topics that will come up as we go :-)
• Help shape related fields since these are part of the campaign. Examples include developing global book pricing, PR, dealing with customers, production and distribution of the printed book ...

Requirements

• Broad marketing experience. More specifically and to be successful on this initiative, you need to have expert-level experience in online-advertising / marketing; SEA; SEO optimization; Social Media Marketing; landing pages development / creating powerful funnels; top-level conversion optimization techniques to drive book distribution and sales.
• Academic-level thinking (ideally a Master degree). You will have to understand the content of our upcoming book to be able to adequately talk about it and repurpose the content in it a variety of ways.
• Team leadership qualities: you will work very closely together with the lead author of the book and our first rate design lead. You will lead the entire marketing initiative, leading a 10 person team end2end including designers, content creators, developers, video, SEO and other team members.

Logistics

• 100% dedication / full-time commitment required
• Over a 6 months duration at least
• Any successful collaboration will turn into an ongoing relationship.
  The successful candidate will be offered a position as a Partner at
  Digital Leadership with all the bells and whistles that come with it.
• Immediate / short-term start (however we will wait till we have found the right candidate / till the right person can start with us!)
