The person in this role will be responsible for optimizing the Digital efforts of the Customer Care org and improving digital operational efficiency through implementation, analytics, reporting and data intelligence. We're looking for an individual with strong digital tracking and reporting skills to support and advance our analytics team.

Key Skills

Strong technical acumen with web analytics, data QA and validation, and ability to debug data and technical issues
.
Extensive experience with Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
.
Experience with Adobe Target & other AEC products preferred
.
Active understanding of front end engineering (JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery , HTML, CSS , AEM), Data Mapping and integrations with CRM and third parties
.
Have a firm understanding of digital technology stacks and ability to lead initiatives to optimize & expand
Primary Responsibilities
.
Act as a subject matter expert on best-in-class digital analytics and optimization, consulting with stakeholders to enable the best possible view to user behaviors
.
Help gain insights into our customers by profiling them across a variety of attributes, and then creating or optimizing actionable segments
.
Ownership of digital data layer, tag management, digital experience, and analytics platform(s)
.
Advise on A/B and multivariate testing for business, website, mobile, & UX teams
.
Implement a digital analytics roadmap developing processes around analytics collection, quality, governance, & standardization across Customer Care’s digital properties
.
Expand roadmap with integration opportunities utilizing current and expanding digital technology stack
.
Build dashboards and reporting for vendors, agencies, internal team members to support business goals
.
Support stakeholders with ad hoc and recurring reporting, including deep dive analytics to answer key business questions
.
Support onboarding and configuration of analytic tools and support connection from digital data to other reporting tools like Tableau and QuickSight
Required Qualifications
.
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, web design, marketing, business or related disciplines
.
3+ years of professional experience in digital marketing with front end engineering, data mapping, tag structuring, and/or other relevant experience
.
3+ years of experience utilizing the Adobe suite of web analytics products.
.
Experience with Google suite of web analytics tools.
.
Experience with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
.
2+ years of experience communicating with and presenting to business units and key stakeholders, gathering requirements, and communicating those requirements to the technical development team
Preferred Qualifications
.
Experience with web front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, Webpack, SCSS, and Git.
.
Experience implementing code to serve experiences within a/b testing and personalization tools such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, Google Optimize
.
Experience working in an organization focused on customer experience, preferably Customer Service (Help Center, Contact Us)
