Hospital partner CERT performs technical and tactical analyses of safety incidents throughout the South-Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority. The department handles security incidents for all the regions health authorities, and has personnel in areas such as network analysis, malware analysis and log analysis. Our most important tool is a Splunk-based analysis platform together with what is probably the Nordic regions largest solution for network and endpoint monitoring.

The resource will participate in network modernization projects focusing on network and security expertise on behalf of CERT.

The resource will also work on the implementation of network infrastructure and automation for CERTs security platform to the extent possible.

The project is organized in ICT Services/Department CERT (765200).

Tasks

• Project participant in network modernization projects with emphasis on security.

Requirements

Must-have requirements for experience/competence of consultant:

• Minimum 4 years experience working in a major operating environment as a technical contractor in infrastructure and networks
  

Desired requirements/qualifications/competences:

• Experience with network infrastructure
  
• Familiarity with Cisco and Dell Network Components
  
• Experience with network automation
  
• Information security within networks

• WORKING ARRANGEMENT: We deploy candidates mainly in 2 arrangements. Under Fixed Term Contract, our Back-Office Partner process payroll, maintain local Statutory Compliances and pay the candidate based on customer approved Timesheet, on a monthly basis. If you have your own VAT ID, you can apply for the role and opt to work as a Contractor, where we shall pay you agreed fee along with VAT and you shall remain responsible for the local Statutory Compliances. For both these arrangements, you must be eligible to work in the location stated in the requirement.
