Job Description

- Verifying and keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
- Books the invoices & post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records.
- Process the payment to vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received.
- Reconciliations the account payable transactions for bank and vendors.
- Pay to employees by verifying expense reports.
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries regarding the payment.
- Prepare analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports.
- Continuing to improve the payment process.
