Hiring for Linux Administrator
Job Description:
- Installing, Configuring & Maintenance of Linux and other Unix based operating systems.
- Kernel level troubleshooting, System processes & Job control.
- Configuring NFS/NTP/YUM/DNS/SAMBA servers as per best practices.
- Troubleshooting for boot & network related issues.
- Performing OS hardening. Adherence to Hardening guidelines and ensuring same is applied on all Servers.
- 100% adherence to Backup process
- Daily health check of all Linux servers.
- APACHE HTTPS setup and management
- Escalation to Vendor support when required to ensure Service Level Agreements are met.
- Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Troubleshooting the incidents raised by client or other domains.
- RHEL OS cluster administration.
- Proactively monitoring system performance and capacity planning.
- Patch Administration and Vulnerability Remediation of all servers.

Qualification:
* Any Basic Degree [any specialization]
* MBA
