Job Requirement:
Diploma / B.E. / B.sc / BCA (Computer/ IT) with 4+ years of experiencein maintenance of IT assets from any manufacturing industries
Job Role:
- Applicant should have Good knowledge in IT Hardware/Network devices installation & Software-App configuration.
- Applicant should be responsible for preventive/predictive/breakdown maintenance, fault finding for IT infrastructure.
- Should have good exposure to CCTV & EPABX infrastructure.
- Co-ordination/collaborate skill within plant on various issues in-terms daily calls from end users.
- Applicant should well aware of document preparation.
- Interaction with external Vendors for support hardware & software warranty & Networking, CCTV, video conferencing. Etc.
- Interaction with internal IT & SAP department, End-users at Plant.
