Job Requirement :
- B.E/B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical with 3+ Years of experience in injection moulding maintenance
Job Summary:
- Knowledge of Operation, working & maintenance of Injection Moulding machine,Robot,Conveyor ,MTC ,Chiller,CCS,Cooling Tower, Air Compressor ,EOT Crane ,Hopper Dryer,LT Panel,Transformer,RO Plant
- Knowledge of preventive , breakdown & predictive maintenance of plant machinery & equipment.
- Knowledge of trouble shooting & maintenance activity related to Electrical, Hydraulic & Mechanical Operation.
- Maintaining records, achieving the maximum utilization of machines/spares to enhance
- Reviewing history records of key machines for repeated breakdowns to analysis and carrying out necessary corrective actions .
- Prepare and maintain the record of water consumption and power consumption per hour/day/month.
