Position Requirements:
Provide operations support for the KINTO Share fleet.
The main objectives are:
1) ensure vehicles are ready for customers to use
2) provide our customers with an amazing rental experience
3) Fleet Administration
4) Work with oversea team ensuring they have vehicles road ready
5) Handling accidents with vehicles
6)Pick vehicles up from impounds
7)Transport vehicles as needed
RM Notes:
o 12 months with a chance to extend
o Driving – anywhere from 10%-15%
o 1050 current vehicles and looking to expand
o Hybrid (Plano, TX) – Every Wednesday, candidate can pick the 2ndday in the week. Basically, 2 days a week.
o The candidate will be primarily handling the operations.
o Overseas team manages the day-to-day workforce.
o Team: Rent vehicles to customers – Uber drivers or delivery drivers’ locations being Dallas, Houston, LA
o The candidate will be communicating with the customers, vendors and partners.
o Salesforce and Zendesk – Nice to have
o A candidate would be considered who has automotive experience. Ex: Hertz and Avis
o Customer support candidate would not be considered until the candidate has mobility fleet experience
o Onsite start
o Interview: - 2 rounds: 1stround – 30 minutes and 2ndround – 30 minutes
Must Haves:
Fleet Management experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to multi-task, attention to detail, ability to work with multiple vendors and coordinate scheduling, ability to work individually or with a group, ability to quickly change directions and comfortable with working in a quickly changing environment.
Preferred/ Nice-to-haves:
Somewhat tech savvy, familiar with mobility and car share, any experience in customer support ticketing systems and Customer Relationship Management systems (especially Salesforce and Zendesk), self-starter
