This is a remote position.

Permanent position for a Talent and Resourcing Consultant.

Requirements

  • Main focus in Talent and Resourcing ie recruitment of ALL level roles, now this varies from general workers up until senior management.
  • Run the entire resourcing process from approval to appointment (paperwork, references, setting up interviews, sourcing, ordering equipment etc, the full value chain). And also build pipelines and have the ability to build a network and source creatively
  • Then this individual must be able to do more than just recruitment.
  • They will also assist with annual talent reviews, assist with the biannual performance review process, assist with IR (basic), Budgets, Organograms, if they know a bit about payroll it will be great. I am really looking for someone I can groom into being my right hand.
  • The profile is for me very important, technical I can always teach, but I need energy, common sense, integrity, right attitude, learning eager and a go getter.
  • Person must be process drive, be able to implement new processes, drive efficiencies. Person needs to be extremely organized
  • Person must come from a sourcing background this will be the first and foremost important KPI
  • Relevant qualification in HR is important and will definitely provide a distinct advantage
