Our content has had over 2.5 Billion views across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Youtube in 2022.

The strategy team sits at the heart of our business, working in partnership with sales, creative, content and client services teams to raise the value of our content output and deliver creatively brilliant, and effective, campaigns for our partners and drive meaningful engagement with our audience.

This position is based in our London offices. You will report into the Strategy Director.

You will

  • Work closely and collaboratively with key internal stakeholders including sales, client services, creative and editorial team
  • Clarify briefs and commercial challenges
  • Support local and global sales teams on individual proposals and guide them to help improve the overall quality of our commercial proposal output
  • Identify relevant insights, and package them in relevant ways
  • Be able to identify, validate and communicate a strategic solution to a commercial, brand or audience challenge
  • Clearly brief, inspire and feedback to creative and content teams
  • Evaluate concepts and creative work against the original strategy
  • Craft content strategies that get the best out of social and digital platforms, delivering measurable results
  • Use your ability to clearly communicate, collaborate and persuade to drive projects through to successful conclusions,often within challenging timelines.
  • Present proposals to senior client & agency stakeholders

You Have

  • Over 3 years working in a media, sports marketing, agency or brand strategy role
  • Experience in developing strategic & creative media campaign proposals that deliver on marketing objectives either at an agency, client or media owner
  • Ability to collaborate with commercial and account management teams and comprehensive understanding of how to deliver content-driven campaigns
  • Understanding and experience of the sports, media or entertainment industries
  • Ability to analyse the needs/objectives of brands, media, rights-holders and talent
  • Strong understanding of digital and social platforms and the changing landscape of sports content consumption
  • A rigorous, analytical mind with the ability to combine creativity with performance metrics
  • The ability to create and deliver compelling presentations
  • A collaborative, open and curious mindset
