Talent Management: Reporting to CHRO you will be responsible for Talent Management & Org. Development, Performance management, Succession Planning, driving talent capability development across the organization - Promote an inclusive work environment through OD interventions
- Strategize the talent review processes across cadres and verticals for the company having 2500 + employees
- Design the development interventions based on talent review feedback analysis for executives, managers and leadership
- Analyze and develop an organization-wide learning climate
- Design Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) roadmap in line with Company business imperatives including Diversity and Inclusions
- Work closely with corporate strategy and compliance team
- Strengthen key talent management Policies
- Identify the top talent in the organization using the performance-potential plotting of employees
- Conduct individual development plan reviews for senior management employees
- Managed competency assessment process for promotions and lateral hires
- Promote mentorship culture among senior management
- Analyze talent readiness for higher roles and responsibilities and compared it with job rotations (promotions, enhancements, movements) to determine the divisions requiring
Training & Development: Define KRAs and KPIs for critical roles in the organization and conduct trend analysis on the areas of development identified for employees across levels; recommended top training areas in different divisions and departments Performance Management: Recommend and implement improvements in the performance management process and system; Manage the annual performance review cycles for all divisions and departments Candidate profile: - Persuasive & influential HR professional with 5-10 years of organizational experience with a focus on Capability Building.
- Highly knowledgeable in identifying and making recommendations on new learning solutions or enhancements based on an assessment of business requirements and responsible for developing and implementing.
- Capability to assess the effectiveness of the implemented training program through feedback and implementing suggestions
- Skilled in Identifying the training needs across the organization, designing the Training Calendar, and implementing within the Cost budgets, timelines, and quality parameter
- Responsible for the implementation of Competency assessment centers for Senior management employees
- Skilled in managing performance review cycles, documentation of HR processes, and Employee Engagement
