Gardener/Driver/Houseman & Housekeeper Couple

A lovely family (with 2 adult children at Uni), are looking for an experienced Live In Domestic Couple as the sole staff for their 5 bed, 6 reception room modern property set in 2 acres in Virginia Water, Surrey.

The family travel frequently, (usually around 12 weeks+ per year) and your annual leave can be taken during this time. Some dog sitting will also be required when the family is away.

Duties to include:

Housekeeper:

• Cleaning to include deep cleaning, organising and tidying of all areas of a five bedroom, 6-reception room home
  
• All laundry and ironing
  
• Wardrobe management. Keep wardrobes organised (according to season, evening/day). Keep shoes clean and polished
  
• Packing and unpacking of suitcases.
  
• Assist with cooking or cooking meals for the family would be a bonus (not essential). Assist with the occasional dinner party, serving at the table.
  

Gardener/Driver/Houseman

• Gardening to include mowing of lawns, hedges, shrubs etc, Making sure garden machinery is being serviced when necessary
  
• Valeting cars
  
• Keeping garages and outbuildings tidy and clean
  
• Keeping the garden and terraces tidy and keep clean house entrances, paths, drive, gates etc
  
• Cleaning and maintenance of indoor pools Jacuzzi and steam room
  
• Arranging and coordination with external contractors
  
• During spring and summer, manage and dress the terraces (cushions, mattresses etc.)
  
• Driving for the owner, family and guests on occasion
  
• Walking the 2 friendly dogs
  
• Keeping boot room and shoes clean and polished
  
• Running errands
  
• When entertaining you may be required to assist with greeting guests, serving food & drinks etc.
  
• Security
  

Hours : Monday to Friday 7.00am to 1.30pm and 5.30pm to 8.00pm. No need for split shifts when family away. Occasional help may be needed on a Saturday if entertaining and then days off would be Sunday/Monday.

Accommodation: Self-contained modern 2 bedroom flat, regret not suitable for dependents but small dogs welcome
