In this position, you can work for one of the big social media companies. As a Content Analyst, you will help resolve inquiries that the social media users might have. This includes investigating and finding solutions for issues that are reported such as requests for account support or reports of potentially abusive content. To resolve these requests, you will follow company policy and make decisions on whether content such as pictures, profiles, videos, text or audio clips can stay on the platform. Therefore, a high level of empathy is needed. You can also help improve the user experience and improve efficiency in the workflow.

Requirements
The ideal candidate
- Native Norwegian speaker and fluent in English
- Interest in Social Media
- A problem-solver
- High level of empathy
- Enjoys working in an office environment
- Flexible since weekend work can be included
Benefits
The offer
- Base salary of 27,000 plus a quarterly bonus, weekend and evening work will be compensated extra
- Full-time permanent contract (37.5 hours per week)
- Choice between day shift or night shift contract
