Job Description

We are currently looking for a Human Resources Business Partner for one of our clients.

What is in it for you:
Salary: 85K-100K
Permanent position
Annual bonus: 10%
Full-time Monday through Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM (with flexibility to work evenings at times for emergencies)
Three weeks vacation
Hybrid role: work from home and in-office position located on Shawson Drive (3 days on-site / 2 days from home)
Full benefits package after 3 months

A day in the life of a Senior Human Resources Business Partner:
Act as a strategic partner in regard to workforce issues such as: skills development, retention, mobilization and development of talents
Be the liaison between shared resources located in Montreal and our client sites
Suggest practical and innovative solutions that promote development and autonomy
Coach and support managers for performance management, situation analysis and action plan proposals
Coach and support managers in change management, and HR adaptation for organizational growth
Act as a facilitator in change management
With the help of a HR coordinator, monitor key HR trends, identify related HR issues and set up action plans
Analyze and review the effectiveness of HR processes to ensure efficiency and achievement of set objectives
Cooperate with managers to equip them with performance and talent management tools
In collaboration with the HRD, act as a strategic leader in terms of cultural change
Contribute to the healthy and motivating corporate culture
Ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers (employee surveys, verifications, action plans and deployments)
Review and evaluate the performance program

What you will need to succeed:
Post-secondary education in human resources or industrial relations
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HRBP
Knowledge of the transportation, logistics or industrial fields - an asset
Access to a car for site visits 3-4 times a week
Analytical and goal oriented
Autonomous
Good organizational skills
Ability to adapt to change
Creative, dynamic, and a strong desire to participate in change
Excellent people management skills
