Experience, skills and personality
- First-rate customer focus, phone etiquette and work ethic
- Passionate about the technology sector
- Great attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure with calmness and composure
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Cheerful and communicative
- 1-2 years of existing IT-related work experience
Advantageous skills
- Computer networking knowledge
- Microsoft Windows and Office skills
- Basic programming skills: REACT, API, SQL queries
Candidate to be located in Auckland, New Zealand with full NZ working rights.
