Our client from technology space is looking for a bilingual HR Generalist in Berlin. You will be the trusted HR officer to the management team.
Responsibilities include the followings but not limited to:
1. Provide professional HR recommendations by analysing companys business strategy.
2. Define organization and talent development strategy and conduct review periodically. Provide tailor-made HR solutions on recruitment, training, performance management, compensation and benefits, culture and employee relations, etc.
3. Review and update HR policies, process and system.
4.Interpret and inherit Groups corporate culture, build efficient communication channels, and ensure organizations sustainable growth.
5. Proactively communicate with business management team, front-line managers and employees to ensure the effective communications among all levels
Requirements
1. Bachelor or equivalent degree, major in Human Resource or Psychology is preferred
2. Prior experience of working in aHR Generalist or HRBP role;
3.Relevant experience in Internet or High-tech industries or MNCs is preferred
4. Familiar with local employment laws and regulations, customs and culture;
5. Excel in communication & coordination, a teamwork player, logical thinking, excellent learning agility, strong work commitment and can work under pressure.
