Description:

• Define and create the system architecture
• Current security software and solution design / implementation / evaluation
• Next-generation software and security solution consideration / design / implementation / evaluation
• Planning and execution of software development strategies for current / next-generation security solutions
• Development infrastructure construction
• Development environment
• Participation and operation in development process
• Technical review of developed products
• Customer support

Responsibilities:

• Not only develop and provide security software for company'sin-vehicle products but also provide security solutions that are conscious of market needs and standards in the automotive industry.
• The Company has also created and updated various standards for the development of security solutions. It is very valuable timing to not only provide security solutions to OEM/Tier1 but also to be involved in the constructions of the development infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• Motivation for actively solving the problem
• Basic knowledge of security
• Experience for development of embedded software (At least more than 5 years)
• Practical experience of software development project management leader / sub-leader (At least 3 years or more)
• Those who can understand cryptographic standards such as those defined by NIST
• Familiarity with MCU and SoC HW user manual
• Communication skills with customers and stakeholder inside and outside the company
• Experience for development of embedded ”security” software
• Experience w/ AUTOSAR and automotive application level development

Preferred Qualifications:

• Programming knowledge for mitigation of security attacks, e.g. fault injection attacks, etc.
• Knowledge about debugger and assembler
• Knowledge about Arm CPU architecture and Trustzone or RISC-V

Language:

• English - daily conversation level (TOEIC score around 600)
• Japanese - business level.
