Position Description:
The Counselor will provide support and resources to clients suffering from substance abuse/ chemical dependency. Additionally, Counselor will directly counsel patients, consisting of individual, and group services, including individualized treatment plans, counseling, and aftercare services rounding to Nursing Homes, and doing follow-ups.
Schedule:
Full time preferable
Requirements
- Licensed as anLCSW
