The Keller Group is actively hiring a Marketing Automation Manager in the Greater Phoenix, Arizona Area. The ideal person will have experience delivering multi-channel campaigns through marketing automation and CMS tools, as well as be a highly analytical, data-driven strategist. Primary Responsibilities as the Marketing Automation Manager:

  • Must have hands-on proficiency with email marketing tools such asPardot(preferred), Eloqua, Marketo, Hubspot, etc. to manage email campaigns, generate and nurture leads, track and measure campaign performance, drive insights for optimization opportunities, and improve performance benchmarks.
  • QA and troubleshoots issues as needed
  • Planning and implementation of inbound and outbound campaigns, including emails, maintain email database for lead generation and adjusting as needed to target audiences (building and refining email list)
  • Implementing lead scoring practices to enable higher conversions and quality leads
  • Ensure data cleanliness and integrity, list management, database optimization, data acquisition, and segmentation.
  • Design and build campaign dashboards track and monitor ROI and trends across company s marketing campaigns
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders regarding project status, including project plans, issues, escalations, etc.
  • Carrying out A/B testing on automated campaigns to maximize results
  • Assist in building workflows and campaigns for various marketing activities such as events, webinars, and email campaigns.
  • Manage digital, demand generation and marketing campaigns from creation to final deliverability.
  • Optimize messages, subject lines, and design for high open and click rates.

Requirements

  • B.A. in Marketing or related field of study in an Email Marketing/Marketing Automation focused position
  • Ideally 3-5 years of marketing automation focused experience agency experience is preferred, but not required
  • B2B marketing experience heavy with a blend of B2C exposure
  • Must have hands-on proficiency using email marketing tools such as Pardot (preferred) or similar tools such as Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot, etc.
  • Experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.
  • CRM tool experience such as Salesforce
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent priority changes, strict deadlines, and standard for quality (MUST be detail-oriented)
  • Previous management experience ability to mentor peers/team and drive campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience and at least intermediate HTML/CSS skills
