Job Description

  • Develop a strategic plan to advance the company's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth.
  • Contribute towards formulation of annual business plans, budgets, policies and procedures of the factory.
  • Ensure the implementation of all processes, policies, procedures and international and local standards for the factory, in context of annual business plans and annual budgets.
  • Provide guidance to the factory team towards achieving HAC vision.
  • Keep HAC Board informed on the latest technologies related to the factory industry and plan to maintain state-of-the-art factory facilities.
  • Direct and manage the factory operations, production, supply chain, maintenance, and quality control.
  • Coordinate the activities through the planning with the factory functional managers to insure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner.
  • Develop and control profits, plans, and budget.
  • Build, maintain, and improve a strong network of raw material and production requirements providers and strengthening business relationships with them.
  • Implement cost effective systems of control over capital, operating expenditures, and manpower.
  • Manages capital asset maintenance.
  • Establish and monitor overall factory performance for production and quality standards.
  • Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions.
  • Control and minimize labor overtime, premium freight and repair expenses.
  • Maintain existing factory facilities and equipment; replace, or make adjustments to plant facilities and equipment when necessary.
  • Implements and maintains preventative maintenance programs.
  • Incorporates shop floor organization and plant cleanliness among plant personnel.
  • Assist management in any other tasks as required by business.
  • Provide leadership and training to accomplish the company goals and objectives.
  • Maintain HSE procedure system and improve it over time
  • Ensure that factory team is adequately staffed as per business requirements and properly allocate work to subordinates.

  • Mentor and coach subordinates to develop their capabilities and build a strong succession pipeline for key roles
