Job Description
- - Achieve the agreed sales targets.
- - Develop the Companys annual sales forecast in cooperation with the Division Head or GM.
- - To oversee market research and other applicable studies to assess market potential and identify potential business opportunities.
- - To effectively market the Company, products and services.
- - Direct supervision on the sales and marketing staff and ensure the efficient management of the sales offers and contracts.
- - Overall responsibility in the process of collecting and analysing of competitive data for strategic planning purposes.
- - Assist in developing the Companys strategic business plans and department budget preparation.
- - Establish the company brand as the leader and best in class manufacturing company.
- - Assist in the promotion and advertising campaigns of the company, issuing the quality and attractive company brochures, updating the company profile,.. etc.
- - Overall responsibility in preparing the weekly/monthly department reports.
- - Identify and arrange for staff training and to conduct the staff performance appraisal.
