Job Description

- Collaborate with the Business Leadership Team (BLT) and DS and CMS Project Directors, Project Managers their teams and Stakeholders
- Provide the necessary support and direction to the D&CMS division team and stakeholders
- Work with BLT team to recommend HSEQ initiatives, goals, and objectives and once approved, to implement them within risk profile acceptable to company
- Directs the performance of company to develop and improve, where required, existing HSEQ policies and procedures
- Develops and implements HSEQ strategic initiatives and the associated key performance indicators (KPIs) for optimizing performance of company with the goal of meeting or exceeding the established KPI performance benchmarks
