Shop Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities:
• Planning and execution of equipment maintenance plans in accordance to shop production plans
• Creation of maintenance schedules proactively and ensure implementation
• Ensures minimum stock of strategic equipment spare parts
• Ensures smooth operation of all shop equipment and minimizing the downtime
• Lead maintenance and troubleshooting trainings for the maintenance team
• Collaborate with different teams to support shop operations and workflow
• Lead all related facility external contract negotiations and implementation
• Capex equipment installation and trouble shooting
• Establishing processes to capture environmental waste containment and Egypt code compliance
• Lead optimization of water and power usage
• Lead all business related facility work cell reconfigurations
