What are we looking for:

MultiplyMii, a managed recruitment services company (the new aged BPO) is growing FAST and we are currently looking for a Social Media & Community Manager who desires to be part of an exciting organization that rewards and appreciates its team members. This position is long term and we are looking for someone with in-depth experience in project management.

We are on a mission to create a better employer-employee experience. We are wrapping all our services with communications, education, and knowledge sharing in our mind, and on the run to build an ecosystem that supports the above, in the form of a digital community. Your first objective in the role would be the founding of the company s digital community!

The ideal candidate is able to develop engaging content, act as the face and voice of the company s brand and manage all community communications. You should be a people person with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with the client s community. Excellent at working with Social Media Specialists, Membership, Marketing, and other divisions to coordinate community postings as appropriate across the organization s other digital channels. Contributes to related communication vehicles and ensures the integration of community for promotion and awareness building and recommends and implements new community features as appropriate.

Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English communication both written and verbal. The ideal candidate should be flexible, passionate, have a keen eye for detail, and is ready to deliver effective and inventive graphics and animations for the client s brand.

This role is 100% remote work.

About You:

  • Proven 5+ years work experience as a community manager or similar role
  • Experience planning and leading community initiatives
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Hands-on experience with Social Media and Content management
  • Familiarity with Acquisition marketing activities and experience as a Marketing Manager - Advantage
  • Ability to interpret website traffic
  • Attention to detail, critical-thinker, and problem-solver
  • Team: Able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Individual: Able to work independently with strong initiative in a remote work setup
  • Detail-oriented and processes work quickly and accurately
