This is a remote position.
- Onboard new enquiries and touch base with them asap to establish what they have to test and what they need when they can give access etc. Details required for Nat to schedule.
- Customer experience survey after their invoice has been sent or paid, so we can gather data on where we can improve.
- Manage a CRM that we currently don't have
- Input all remaining Snap clients into servicem8
- Input all new Tropic Coast clients into Servicem8 and find out which need inductions, vaccination, sendinsurance to those that require it.
- Write procedures for every task they do and add to teams procedures area, each time I give them a new task.
- Start gathering marketing material to create a marketing schedule for Facebook fortnightly posts.
- Research flights and book travel and accompany for us, will have access to 1 staff card for bookings.
Requirements
- Work experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Admin Assistant, or any relevant role
- Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as seek direction
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Friendly and upbeat personality
