Purely Automotive Recruitment Ltd proudly offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced automotive Sales Finance & Insurance Compliance Manager to join our client and their teams based in Greater Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional and diligent F&I candidate to join a successful dealership representing a premium franchised automotive brand.
Requirements
Main purpose of job
Ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the finance and insurance function.
Offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers and providing them with a thorough explanation of products and warranties.
Processing finance and insurance deals, accurately and securing approval and payment through approved sources and channels.
Operate in a compliant manner through the FCA portal via reports and audits.
To ensure F&I policies are followed by supervising all staff who have dealings with the sale of finance and insurance products at the dealership
To ensure the Sales Manager and Sales Executives are informed of any changes in the finance and insurance market.
To maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) with the dealership s customers.
To achieve financial income and penetration targets set by the company.
About you
Experience and up-to-date knowledge of the finance and insurance industry
Ability to negotiate profitable transactions
Able to build good customer relationships
Ability to fit in as a member of a team
To maintain on-line self-accreditation on a regular basis and maintain and up to date knowledge of consumer credit regulations
