Call potential new clients, or current clients to gather pertinent information regarding the claim
Work directly with other members of the team to ensure continue positive training is provided
Expeditiously evaluate a claim, and expeditiously gather information needed to satisfy clients expectations
Other ad hoc tasks relevant to the role
Strong English communication skills both written and verbal Ability to take detailed notes Ability to be a self-starter and communicate clearly with personnel and clients
