Responsibilities:
Build consultative and trusting relationships to provide strategic guidance to managers and employees on talent acquisition, people programs, policies, and tools
Identifies opportunities and makes recommendations to improve upon the delivery and execution of our company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., workforce planning, talent management, organizational change, etc.)
Partners with managers to prepare for and complete performance reviews, calibration, compensation recommendations, and incentive goal planning in alignment with the company guidelines and policies
Understands the client groups business plan and identifies action plans to enable a people strategy that aligns with and supports the broader business strategy
Acts as the voice of the client with the People Team internally ensuring that the position, decision and or direction taken by the People team remains customer centric and business focused
Works closely with hiring managers to create and implement comprehensive, innovative and cost-effective recruiting sourcing plans and processes.
Understands hiring needs, skills and cultural add requirements for various roles across the hiring team
Provide data around competition and market conditions or trends that may impact ability to find and hire the right talent.
Leads special projects to drive innovation across the People team

What you need to succeed:
Bilingual (English and French)
5+ years of HR Generalist experience
3+ years of experience in recruitment (preferably within IT)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience building talent acquisition strategies and people programs
Experience managing HR policies, compensation recommendations and performance reviews

Responsabilit s:
tablir des relations consultatives et de confiance afin de fournir des conseils strat giques aux gestionnaires et aux employ s sur lacquisition de talents, les programmes aux employ s (people programs?), les politiques et les outils.
Identifier les opportunit s et faire des recommandations pour am liorer la livraison et lex cution de nos programmes et initiatives l chelle de lentreprise (par exemple, la planification des effectifs, la gestion des talents, le changement organisationnel, etc.)
Collaborer avec les gestionnaires pour pr parer et r aliser les valuations de performance, le calibrage, les recommandations de r mun ration et la planification des objectifs dincitation en accord avec les directives et les politiques de la compagnie
Comprendre le plan daffaires des groupes clients et identifier des plans daction pour favoriser la mise en place dune strat gie de ressources humaines qui saligne et soutient la strat gie daffaires plus large de la NASDAQ.
Agir en tant que porte-parole du client aupr s de l quipe des ressources humaines linterne en veillant ce que la position, la d cision ou lorientation prise par l quipe des ressources humaines reste centr e sur le client et sur lentreprise.
Travaille en troite collaboration avec les responsables du recrutement afin de cr er et de mettre en uvre des plans et des processus de recherche de candidats complets, novateurs et rentables.
Comprendre les besoins de recrutement, les comp tences et les exigences culturelles pour les diff rents r les au sein des diff rentes quipes.
Fournir des renseignements sur la concurrence, les conditions ou tendances du march qui peuvent avoir un impact sur la capacit trouver des candidats et embaucher les bons employ s.
Diriger des projets sp ciaux pour stimuler linnovation au sein de l quipe des ressources humaines.

Ce dont vous avez besoin pour r ussir:
Bilingue (anglais et fran ais)
5+ ann es dexp rience en g n raliste RH
3+ ann es dexp rience en recrutement (de pr f rence en informatique)
Solides comp tences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
Exp rience dans l laboration de strat gies dacquisition de talents et de programmes de ressources humaines
Exp rience de la gestion des politiques RH, des recommandations de r mun ration et des valuations de performance
