Job Description: Primary Warehouse Lead (US)
New Brunswick NJ

The main accountabilities of this role include:

The hybrid on-site requirement at New Brunswick. EM is based out of Dublin, Ireland, but CW must report onsite at NBR.

Must-Have List:
4 years of experience in a project management role
5 years of experience working in a warehouse leadership role
4 years of experience working in a pharmaceutical environment
5 years of experience managing 3PLs
A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business or equivalent experience.

Take a leading role in Project Foundation (defining our future strategy and ways of working in primary warehousing
Lead warehouse implementations
Monitoring and driving continuous improvement plans with Primary warehouse providers
Defining ways of working and creating primary warehouse SOPs
Leading business reviews
Manage primary warehouse provider performance and adherence to KPI's
Primary warehouse cost control
Monitor quality performance and ensure continuous improvement leading to sustained excellence and GDP compliance
Work with key stakeholders within a matrix environment to ensure adherence to BMS standards
Manage warehouse deviations (damages, temperature deviations, etc.)
Action identified DIR trends and implement improvement
Contribute as Primary Warehouse SME and support other functions such as EXM, and Quality Organizations
Work on Strategic projects as required by Senior Management

Required Experience

Management skills required; point of escalation for 3rd party primary warehouse operations and contracts
Communication skills; proficient presenting to GM level both internal BMS and to partners
Negotiation skills; able to negotiate autonomously several contract aspects
Knowledge of the Guidelines on GDP of medicinal products for human use
Knowledge of Directives on the wholesale distribution of medicinal products for Human use
Preferable to have experience and skills in leading, managing and development of teams
A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or equivalent experience
Progressive experience in various supply chain management roles
Background in Global Logistics and Warehouse Management
Experience in Cold Chain Management
Strong Knowledge of Contract Management
Professional certifications such as APICS, PMP, PMI a plus
Six Sigma certifications a plus
