Working for an incredible business within the professional services industry, we are looking to recruit a Communications and Engagement Manager to join their team. This role would suit someone who has experience of both internal, and external comms as well as managing a team.

Highlights of the role
Youll be responsible for managing a small team, dealing with all internal and external comms - including PR, social media, campaigns etc. The role is more focused on Internal Comms, as youll be ensuring that all of your colleagues are kept abreast of all company news, projects, goals, strategies and initiatives.
Youll be building relationships across the business to drive engagement, and will ensure that all communications are aligned to the company tone, brand and values. Working closely with HR to develop a project plan for engagement and being instrumental in rolling this out across the business. Seeking out content from the business in order to produce communications to raise awareness of the business services.
Responsible for writing and distributing the weekly e-newsletter and other communications as requested by colleagues. Updating the intranet. Leading on, and getting involved with projects.
