TheManaged Servicesteam supports, maintains and evolves Microsoft Azure and o365 solutions in compliance with the contractual commitments entered into to guarantee the satisfaction of our customers and allow the development of their business activities.
As a Tech Lead Infrastructureyou will be in charge of coordinating from a technical point of view the design, implementation and support of Cloud (Office 365 and Azure) or hybrid environments made available and operated on behalf of Managed Services Delivery Center (MSDC) customers.
Together with the MSDC Management and the main decision-makers of our customers, you will contribute to the definition of the technological governance of customer contexts (dedicated or shared) as well as to the standardization of infrastructures.
The position covers the entire lifecycle of infrastructure solutions, from design to support, in connection with customer or internal strategic orientations and the Publisher roadmap.

Your main missions will be:
- Listen to the needs of MSDC customers for Cloud or On-Premise infrastructure services,
- Coordinate from a technical point of view the design, implementation and support of Cloud environments (Office 365 and Azure) or OnPremise made available and operated on behalf of our customers;
- Ensure the availability, integrity and security of the proposed solutions;
- Guarantee the quality of the implementation of the solutions and document it according to the documentary standards of the Service Center;
- Contribute to technological innovation and the evolution over time of the proposed solutions, in line with the roadmaps of our customers and publishers;
- Be a facilitator and force of proposal to develop solutions in such a way that they are always of value for our customers (continuous improvement);
- Reassure from a technical coaching/mentoring perspective of the contribution of the MSDC operations teams;
- Be a good communicator for internal management and decision-making circles of our customers;
- Be the technical referent (N3+) of the teams on the entire technological spectrum and the intellectual approach;
Requirements
- Graduate engineer or equivalent, you have more than 5 years of experience, particularly in the management of a RUN activity and support to support teams, deployment of technical infrastructure projects in complex environments and management of associated resources.
- You have worked on activities implementing the following technologies:
- Active Directory, Azure AD, Windows Server, Exchange Online, Sharepoint, Power Platform, DNS, Storage, Backup - You have strong scripting skills (PowerShell, bash, etc.)
- An appetite for security is also part of your luggage
- You are certified on one or more of the certifications below:
- ITIL v3 or v4
- Microsoft - Accustomed to interactions in English, you have a good level both orally and in writing. You are a good communicator and empathize in the relationship with customers.
