The team and your role
The Talent Community Business and Technology Integration (B&TI) brings together different profiles who work on project management, testing or business analysis missions. For example, you will participate in the implementation of a new business application, the creation of an information portal or the redesign of processes as part of an organizational and technological change.
Depending on your background and your desires, you will be able to get closer to the 3 practices set up within the Talent Community:
Delivery Management practice focused on project management
Business Analysis practice focused on analyzing and understanding business needs
Test-oriented testing practice
These 3 practices allow us to capitalize on everyones feedback via dedicated moments of exchange.

Joining the Delivery Management practice means sharing the same skills and responding to the same challenges. The practice is committed to supporting you to enrich your professional practices by relying on a community of experts committed and dedicated to sharing experience. You can also be a coach of more junior profiles and freely bring topics of discussion on the themes that are important to you about our job and the best way to achieve it.
In the scoping phase of the project
- You help to formalize the needs of the business team, evaluate the gaps with the existing and write the specifications of the needs integrating the feasibility of the M365 / Power Platform solution as well as the project load estimate
- You are responsible for translating/communicating these needs in the form of functional specifications and "user stories" to the technical team, in order to enable them to design, using the tools offered by the Power Platform, adapted solutions in line with business specifications.
- You are the interface between the business team and the technical team. You verify the compliance of the implemented Power Platform solution (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent, Power BI ...) with business needs.
As part of a project conducted in Agile mode
- You interact with the SCRUM master, developers and users during sprints to ensure that the final solution of the Power Platform matches the need.
- You build the Product Backlog by specifying user stories, prioritizing them, and modifying them throughout the development of the Power Platform / M365 Solution
- You create the roadmap of the evolution of your product and use project monitoring tools (example: Power BI) to track your different key KPIs.
- You prepare the test scenarios during the creation of user stories and you participate in the conduct of the tests.
- You help escalate risks and issues to the project manager as the solution is designed.
- You are also in support of the business teams during the deployment phase of the Power Platform solution.
Requirements
Profile sought
- Engineering graduate or equivalent, you have at least 5 years of experience on project framing, are passionate about the Power Platform and M365 tools and proceed with one of these certifications:
- Certifications IIBA (CCBA, CBAP)
- Agile certifications (Agile Avanade Scrum Project Manager (ASPM), Leading SAFe, Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO),
- International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB)
- Microsoft certifications (Office 365, Power platform etc.)
- Other Project Management Certifications
- A good level of communication (in French and English) both written and oral is essential.
