We are looking for an enthusiastic Service Desk Technician to join our expanding team as we go through an exciting period of growth! You will be the first point of contact for all our clients on our Tier 1 Service Desk. Providing excellent technical support and communicating with a variety of people.
Duties Include:
· Logging and proactively managing tickets via our IT Service Management Software.
· 1st line diagnosis, resolution or escalating complex issues to the Tier 2 Technicians.
· Working with third parties to install, configure and roll out software.
· Setup and deployment of new users, hardware and software.
· Documenting and updating records regarding support networks and devices.
· Working in accordance with company policies, procedures, and practices.
Essential Requirements:
· Excellent customer service skills, especially via telephone with clients and other key stakeholders.
· Experience with Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10/11).
· Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
Desirable Skills:
· Experience working on an IT Service Desk.
· IT troubleshooting experience.
Skills:
· Prioritising and managing a varied workload.
· Able to stay calm under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
· Creative problem-solver.
· Work collaboratively in a team.
Desirable Technical Skills:
· Experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
· Advanced experience of Microsoft Windows.
· Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking.
· Experience with administering Office 365.

Salary: £20,592 to £31,000 (Depending on Experience)
