SAP Consultant - Specialty

Mandatory Skills: SAP BW/ SAP BO/Production Support understanding.

JOB Description:

• Understanding client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and implement technical components accordingly.
• Understanding of application support process.
• Providing communication, analytical and Interpersonal skills as a Consultant and play key role in implementations from Design/Blueprint to Go-Live.
• Showcasing team spirit, leadership skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Showing proficiency in building planning models using BW Integrated planning using agg. Lvls, planning sequences and planning functions.
• Working experience with SAP on BW 7.31 or higher.
• Planning query building using BeX Query Designer.
• Possessing proven experience with BW-ABAP, including writing custom extractors, transformations using start, end & expert routines, enhancement BADI's and exits and understanding and debugging SAP standard ABAP code.
• Having working knowledge of BW data modeling (ADSO, Open ODS views, etc);
• Possessing an extensive understanding of SAP HANA Programming including SQL and SQL Scripts.
• Modelling SAP HANA using Attribute view, Analytical view and Calculation view.
• Using mixed scenarios with SAP BW on HANA like Transient provider, Virtual provider based on HANA model, Composite provider;
• Reporting development (BeX, Design Studio and/or Analysis for Office);
• Demonstrating knowledge with BW ETL from various source systems (ECC, CAR, IBP, BODS, Flat Files) using LO cockpit, custom extractors, ODP extractors, etc.;
• Analyzing BW Security authorizations and/or structural authorization.
• Handling integration between multiple systems for reporting - SAP ECC, SAP SCM, SAP BW, BOBJ, SAC integration;
• Working knowledge with BW master data and data marts based on standard ECC modules such as SD, MM, FICO.
• Strong desire for awareness on SAP PPM and SAP REFX developments
• Demonstrating knowledge with SAP HANA Data provisioning using SAP LT Replication server.
• Building universes using Information design tool by creating connections to various systems like SAP BI, SAP HANA, and SAP ECC etc.
• Reporting using new dimension reporting tools like SAP Analytics cloud, Webi, Dashboards 4.1, Analysis office, BO Explorer; and,
• Utilizing knowledge in the below SAP areas such as SAP REFX, SAP PPM, FI/CO, SAP SD and SAP SCM.
• Ability to operate independently or as part of a team and complete agreed upon deliverables within established timeframes.
• Ability to operate in onsite/offshore model
