Engineering Leader (f/m/d)

We are looking for new colleagues who will share our dream: to provide patients globally with access to affordable treatments from world-class medical professionals!

Qunomedical helps patients to find the right doctor and treatment abroad. This service is free of charge for the patient. Afterwards, we are a reliable partner during and after the treatment.

Located in Berlin, Germany, we are a team of 50 international, entrepreneurial, mission-driven and super friendly colleagues. Our company language is English. Now, we are looking for an Engineering Leader (f/m/d), in Berlin.

__What will keep you challenged?__

• Building, growing and guiding the full stack engineering team to solve difficult problems in the e-health space
• Being able to dive-in the details, hands-on and manage the team to deliver on the B2B SaaS product vision
• Setting and executing a technology strategy and architectural direction for our tech stack based on AWS-Serverless, Salesforce, NodeJs, Typescript
• Translating product and business vision and strategy for the team & creating a healthy culture of collaboration and inclusion, leading by example
• Leading the existing tech team and growing it according to our business need

__Which traits contribute to your success?__

• 4+ years of experience as Software Engineer in B2B product development (Healthcare sector is a big plus)
• 2+ years of experience in leading a team
• Experience in introducing data protection measures is a big plus
• A really good understanding of technical strategy & system architecture
• Inspiring leader with the ability to build strong relationships among the teams
• Strong communication skills in both German and English
