Position Task and Responsabilities

  • Creates and implements new ways to deliver a premium customer experience through the distribution channel.
  • Monitors and reports competitive activity and recommend sales/promotional strategies.
  • Initiates and develops a strong relationship with key accounts.
  • Collaborate with General Manager, team members, and cross functional departments.

Knowledge

  • Deep Dealer development automotive experience
  • Dealer contract administration
  • Stakeholders official information management
  • Customer satisfaction management skills (infrastructure suppliers’ development, monthly reporting, opportunities of improvement identification)
  • Dealer network infrastructure management (creation, maintenance and development and refurbishing)
  • Negotiation high level skills
  • Business administration, accountant, economics, and finance, new business management.
  • Expert understanding of dealer network management
  • Dealer performance managements
  • P&L performance reports analytic skills
  • Strategic planning
  • Management dealer performance using financial reports

Experience/Education

  • College graduate or equivalent training in Architect, Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance or similar.
  • More than 2 years on automotive dealer department from other OEM’S management level
  • Literacy in computer and software (Excel, PowerPoint and Word, AutoCAD).
