Job Description

Marham is looking for People & Strategy Leadto grow its People & Culture department.
  • Developing the strategic talent plan in alignment with business growth plans while helping grow and develop our talent to meet future needs.
  • Partnering with leaders and the People Strategy team to ensure we are supporting and coaching our People Managers to engage their teams, drive retention and focus on teams happiness.
  • Collaborating with People team members to develop and implement policies and procedures surrounding People processes that represent innovative, best practices for the company.
  • Partnering with the Learning and Organizational Development (L&OD) and Talent teams to implement talent review, succession planning, and bespoke L&OD solutions.
  • Train and counsel management in People processes such as promotions, compensation management, growth conversations, talent reviews, etc.
  • Support employees with issues and queries regarding people policies, procedures, and programs.


Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience delivering programs, such as competency model development, evaluation methodology and coaching, bonus planning, promotion rounds, etc..
  • Ability to manage sometimes-conflicting priorities of various leadership teams and initiatives while producing exceptional results that drive our business forward.
  • Commercial acumen: Has a good overall understanding of company finances and uses this information to challenge and provide creative solutions in resource and succession planning.
  • Strong business orientation and demonstrated success at driving business results through people-based solutions.
  • BBA/MBA in relevant field.
  • 2 -3 years of relevant experience
