- Managing 150-200 cases of a mix of RTA/Credit hire issued/ non issued matters.
- Assessing claims
- Ensure that the customers journey expectations and timescales are well managed.
- Ensure that new claims and correspondence are actioned in accordance with our service level agreements.
- Inputting and updating the Claims Management System.
- To provide general assistance in the office and help/guidance to colleagues where appropriate.
- You will have a passion for providing empathetic and exemplary client care.
- Previous RTA/Credit Hire experience is essential (minimum of 2 years).
- Experience in running cases from inception to conclusion.
- Experience in the MOJ portal, fast track and multi-track matters.
- Working knowledge of the CPR.
- Knowledge and understanding of personal injury.
- The ability to learn quickly and adapt so you can work at pace and meet deadlines.
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft office and ideally proclaim experience.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- The ability to work on your own and use your own initiative.
