- Enhance the branch operation process (administrative aspect)
- Check the productivity of the teams
- Review and interview team members on routine bases
- Support technically the field teams
- Update organogram once needed
- Training courses
- Analyse the open tickets for the branch operation
- Follow up on open job cards
- Escalate problems once faced to management
- Monthly performance report analysis
- Represent the company/operation in customer meetings
Requirements
- Genset after sales domain
- Technical knowledge (mechanical is preferable) on engines
- Profound ability to manage teams
- Ability to work under pressure
- Organize and prepare periodic reports
- Follow-up on work activities
- Documentation of work done
