Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Service Team.
- Ensuring service excellence to enhance portfolio, control retention and better cross sell.
- Ensure compliance to banking guidelines, quality framework and audit requirements.
- Authorize and check RO / SO entries.
- Check vouchers to clear transactions above 10 lakhs.
- Should possess customer orientation and team leader qualities
Requirements
- Graduates with 6 8 years of experience.
- MBA with 4-6 years of experience.
- Customer service oriented.
- Ability to manage and motivate front office staff.
- Must have thorough understanding of banking products.
- Exposure to Banking and Finance products and services will be advantage.
- Vault / Key custodian Job Requirement
