Who we are

At Vicoland, we give the gig economy a new dimension: Virtual Companies, in short: Vicos . These Vicos allow freelancers to team up and act as if they were a real company, competing successfully for interesting, large projects.

Our SaaS platform provides all the tech which enables the collaboration of Vicos and their clients, and a marketplace that matches them together.

Our Vicos are already transforming the professional services market - since our launch last year, they worked with several world-renowned clients and partners such as Netflix, AWS, SAP, Tupperware, BectonDickinson and Colliers. This already garnered some media attention - Forbes Magazine called Vicoland the "Startup of startups".

We're laser-focused on our growth & accelerating the development of our platform and are working on some complex & exciting features that will shape the future of our platform.

We're looking for a top-notch Product Manager to join us in tackling these challenges. You can work remote or on-premises in Seville (Spain) or Frankfurt (Germany) - we're a team of 40+ people located across Europe and the US.

Tasks

What you ll do

• Lead research efforts to identify product needs and prioritize features based on concrete data and analytics.
• Own the delivery of a product roadmap incorporating projects, features and other key initiatives.
• Define work scope with the business and engineering teams to align on objectives around time to market, effort and scope.
• Translate product strategy and feature descriptions into detailed requirements, and write user stories with story-level acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with the Product Design team on solution design and execution according to business needs.
• Set and manage Feature Success Metrics to meet business value requirements.
• Contribute to business strategy and product vision, influencing scope and delivery options with feedback.
• Ultimately, your work will help Vicoland grow and potentially help thousands of businesses and freelancers every day around the world!

Requirements

A brilliant Product Manager with the following qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional experience in product or project management.
• An excellent professional track record in challenging environments, preferably in management consulting, demonstrating swift professional growth.
• Ability to address complex topics in a structured and coherent way.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability and motivation to work in a fast-paced, achievement-focused environment - we're looking for drive. Our team wants to achieve big things with Vicoland!
• A university degree, preferably in STEM or business-related.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
