Responsibilities:
• Own and hit/exceed company quarter & annual sales & margin targets.
• Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
• Supporting sales team & help them on converting leads to opportunities through guidance.
• Expand company business into new sectors/territories
• Building a solid sales team, enhancing competence, and providing guidelines
• Builds business relationships with Distributors, Vendors, and Consultants.
• Look for new sectors & accounts, and direct team efforts to those accounts, under the business plan.
• Participate in sales activities on major accounts
• Reviews sales progress throughout the company, with peers from Presales & Professional Service. Collaborates with both departments to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
