Job Description
Human Resources Generalist
Experience / Education:
- College graduate or equivalent training in Psychology, Business or related
- 5 years on HR Experience as HR Generalist, HRBP in an Automotive Company
- Medium level of Excel
Knowledge of:
- Ley Federal del Trabajo
- Competencies interviews
- Creating processes & flow charts
Competencies:
- Ability to inform/communicate
