Our client, an International contractor are looking for a Pre-Construction Support & Document Controller to join their team.
Role Duties include:
- Receiving tender enquiries
- Checking documents as per document registers issued
- Monitoring / auditing QA compliance (SharePoint)
- Bid Audit Coordinator
- Content Management
- Document Control support forinitial phases or projects and smaller fit outs
Requirements
- Attention to detail is key requirement
- Proactive, Determined and takes initiative
- Team player
- MS Windows applications
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders across the business.
- Dedicated and results driven with a high degree of professionalism
