Job Description

  • Assist the Asset Management team and the Senior Manager in the review of the Asset Management Improvement Plan (AMIP) progress and to validate the data and processes being completed by the Service Provider in relation to the AMIP as well as the review of the data used for the Defect Management Processes
  • Review and validate asset data in the FRACAS database/register data and the the defect database across all 30 disciplines in Metro and Tram to ensure integrity
  • Work in conjunction with the AM team and the wider SDD and RKH engineers to ensure consistency of asset information and technical processes
  • Review MMS work orders to ensure FRACAS data across all disciplines is accurate across Metro and Tram
  • Validate asset management data produced by the Service Provider, including but not limited to Work order integrity, PCR codes, RAMs data and FRACAS
  • Validate inventory and warehousing data aspects and processes across all subcontractors
