Position name: Data Scientist

Responsibilities:

Execution of data analysis projects in various fields including marketing (requirement definition, analysis design, data analysis, reporting to customers)

Qualification:

• Completed a graduate school master's course and have a basic understanding of linear algebra, analysis, statistics, and probability theory
• Experience in research and development using statistics and machine learning (experience during school days is acceptable)
• Experience with data analysis using Python, R, etc., and experience using Jupyter Notebook, JupyterLab, RStudio, etc.
• Can aggregate and extract data using SQL
• Enjoy solving customer problems through data analysis.

Preferred Qualification:

• Work experience in the marketing research field
• BtoB client work experience
• Ph.D. in fields such as mathematical statistics, economics, and marketing research
• Experience in publishing peer-reviewed papers or presenting at peer-reviewed international conferences
• Experience using version control software such as Git
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese
• Interest in product development
