As our (Senior) Marketing Manager (d/f/m), you will be part and take lead on exciting marketing projects within the automotive industry related to employer branding, paid campaigns, events, internal and external communication topics, and more. This is a hands-on opportunity in an international team where you ll have the ownership of our marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

What you will do

You will cover a broad range of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Drive and lead all marketing activities to increase Futurepath s brand awareness, grow our Tech Community and inbound leads
  • Work closely with our stakeholders to strategically execute cooperation opportunities
  • Organize online and offline events with the Volkswagen Group brands and the Futurepath Tech Community
  • Oversee and optimize all internal and external communications (social media, newsletters, webinars, etc)
  • Maintain our website as well as SEO and link building
  • Collaborate with our People & Culture team on employer branding topics
  • Execute and optimize targeted campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads)
  • Support Business Development and Recruiting teams to help reach our potential clients and tech talents

Requirements

Who you are

  • 3 or more years working in digital marketing with completed studies in a Marketing-related field
  • Understand B2B marketing, and have experience working with online and offline events
  • Skilled in content creation and social media
  • Comfortably use Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva
  • Have solid knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and SEO
  • Autonomous and proactive with a drive to pursue your own initiatives
  • Excellent English skills
  • Previous experience with HubSpot and Wordpress is a plus

Depending on the competence and the position you are interviewing for, the hiring process can include these steps:

  • After that we will invite you to another online call to meet with our Marketing team and discuss some of our current projects to understand your approach and skills better.
